I combine a variety of clinical massage modalities with mindfulness techniques to craft a customized session that addresses your individual concerns while providing a relaxing and rejuvenating therapeutic massage. In addition to mindfulness-based deep-tissue and relaxation massage, I offer pre-natal (side-lying) and oncology massage, and also have extensive experience working with elderly, vulnerable, and medically frail populations.

Psoas Release $100 (about 45 min)
*I’m open to alternative payment arrangements; if my rates are a genuine hardship for you, please talk to me about your situation and we’ll work something out. I’m also very much a believer in barter, and am always looking for opportunities to build community through trade.
